List of smartphones that are expected to receive Android N update

Every year Google announces a new software update to android in Google I/O. This year Google shocked everyone by releasing the developers preview early to the Nexus users.

As of now Only Huawei Nexus 6P, LG Nexus 5X, HTC Nexus 9 (Wi-Fi and LTE), Nexus Player, Pixel C, Android One General Mobile 4G and Sony Xperia Z3 are working on developers preview of Android N. Developers preview for Sony Xperia Z3 has released by Sony and Google released for rest of the devices. It is dependent on the device owner if he wants to install the developers preview on his device or not because developers preview will be buggy.

Many people might have got the question that when their smart phone will get the update. So here's the answer.

Note: Some of the below information are just rumors. 

List of NEXUS smartphones that are expected receive Android N update

Nothing surprising here, Google's own nexus line smart phones will be the first one to receive the update. Here is the list of Nexus devices that will receive Android N update

Motorola released the Android lollipop and Marshmalllow update for their devices and Motorola is well known for providing time to time updates. The OnePlus Two and the OnePlus X are most likely to get the update. It is expected to come to OnePlus One as well.Just like Hydrogen OS for Android Marshmallow, The Android N update will come in a custom skin. There are some rumors about the OnePlus THREE if they release the device then even that device will receive Android N update. Here are the some of the devices which are expected to get Android N update.
