shudhu dekhi hotasha,
ektukhani ichche jage mone
boro beshi shudhdho hote ichche kore

tomar chokhe chokh rekhe
jokhon valobasa khuje pai
ghrina korte ichche kore nijeke
tokhon, boro beshi shudhdho hote ichche kore

jiboner shob lalosha, shob lov,
grash kore niyeche,
shob kichu pete ichche kore
erpor jokhon dekhi khuje pai na
jiboner lokhkho, jiboner ortho,
boro beshi shudhdho hote ichche kore

jokhon dekhi ek jora premik-premika
hat dhore shudhui bose ache,
valobasa, nirobota churno kore,
chitkar kore nijeke jahir kore choleche
boro beshi shudhdho hote ichche kore

oshomvob niyontronhin e jibone
oshomvob mulloban e jibone
protiti muhurte
boro behsi shudhdho hote,
ar, tomay kache pete ichche kore

 

(Being me… i have lost the few poems i have written, as someone said, being a Bangladeshi i have an obligation to write at least one poem in my life.. so this is the first one i have written, wrote a few afterwards but lost all of them as my blog was deleted by me and by mistake.. :D)
